This lovely cup I ordered arrived in the post yesterday, just in time.
It was crafted in Ireland, which makes it all the more special in terms of my Irish heritage.
While photographing it, I caught this lovely little guy working hard!
My local Sprouts market sells Irish Soda Bread filled with raisins and covered in sparkling sugar, along with Kerry Gold Irish butter. It is a fun tradition to enjoy in March, along with a good cup of tea!
I always enjoy watching the movie Leap Year around this time.

It is such a favorite with beautiful Irish countryside and ear tickling accents. It stars Matthew Goode and Amy Adams.

What I love is how like many of us, Anna has taken full charge of her life and made many plans. But, (and even though He is not portrayed - this is my interpretation), God has other plans. Better plans.
Declan (owner of an Irish pub/inn) has been burned by love and is in no way, looking for it again, any time soon. He needs money to save his business, and agrees to take Anna to Dublin (so she can propose on Leap Day to her boyfriend of 4 years).
The two main characters do not "have relations", for a refreshing change. One of my favorite scenes is when they stay in Tipperary at a lovely little cottage of a B&B. They pick farm produce and open up to each other, and cook together. It is quite precious.

She is shown the possibilities, but never forced to accept them. I relate this to having a personal relationship with Christ. In the end, it is her choice, just as it is our choice.
For the most part, this is a wonderful adventure of a romantic movie and I highly recommend you give it a chance. (I have seen it for sale every year at WalMart during the month of March for cheap-cheap!).
